#WeekendCoffeeShare – November 15, 2015

coffee share

If you and I were having coffee right now … I would thank you for meeting me on a Sunday evening.  I would ask you how you’ve been and what kind of week you had.

If you and I were having coffee right now … I would thank you for agreeing to meet after the Patriots-Giants game.  I would tell you how it was a nail biter and that I was happy to see Tom Brady and the Patriots remain undefeated.

If you and I were having coffee right now … I would tell you my nephew has been transferred to a long-term rehabilitation facility for ongoing care and that the antibiotic treatments seem to be working on the infection around his heart valve.

If you and I were having coffee right now … we would spend most of our time together talking about the tragic events in Paris on Friday night.  We would talk about our concerns and fears for our world that is filled with such hatred.  I would tell you that although Paris was shrouded in darkness right now, I was confident that light would shine brightly in “The City of Light” (La Ville Lumière) once again.

If you and I were having coffee right now … I would tell you how Ben Affleck is shooting a movie just over a mile from my house.  The city’s downtown area has been converted to scenes out of the 1920s.  I am hoping to make my way over there this week and hopefully snap some photos to share with you next week.  Who knows maybe I will run into Ben at one of my favorite coffee shops.

NaBloPoMo_2015If you and I were having coffee right now … I would tell you how I am glad that I have made it halfway through NaBloPoMo. My favorite posts that I published this week were What’s a Red Cup Got To Do With It? and In Search of a Niles.

If you and I were having coffee right now … I would tell you that this post is part of the Weekend Coffee Share at Part Time Monster

Well, I should get going,  Before you leave, please tell me in the comments what you would share with me  …

If you and I were having coffee right now …
